Problem
The level of adoption of Ansible Automation by IBM Power’s user base—specifically, IT admin—was lacking.
Research objective
Investigate the experiences of using Ansible Automation for Power, uncover pain points in the adoption experience, and provide recommendations to resolve issues & increase engagement.
Outcomes
✅ Identified the 3 main issues precluding users from adopting Ansible

✅ Delivered 4 strategies to increase engagement, 3 of which have been successfully implemented (as of 2024)

✅ Supported the launch of a new community group and learning course
